About Regina

Regina Perman’s professional and spiritual journey encompasses a background as a licensed physical therapist, a 500-hour certified yoga practitioner and teacher, and a Reiki Master Teacher. She completed her Reiki training at the Long Island Healing Arts & Learning Center under the guidance of Theresa and Laura, and pursued additional Shinpiden Level III certification with Frans Stiene, founder of the International House of Reiki.

Following the teachings of Mikao Usui, founder of Usui Reiki Ryoho, Regina approaches Reiki as an opportunity to awaken and share healing energy. Her practice is rooted in the belief that we are all connected and that the light within each person reflects the light in others. Through her work, she hopes to share the principles of love, compassion, and unity with every client.
