Practitioner Referral Listing – Basic Membership

 

Our Practitioner Referral Listing is designed to support both our healing community and the professionals who serve within it, providing meaningful visibility while helping individuals connect with trusted practitioners.

Membership Fee & Term

​​

• Four-month commitment: $76 per four-month term ($19 per month)

• Annual option: $228 per year when paid in full

 

Limited-time introductory pricing available through July 2026.

​

Membership renews automatically at the end of each term unless cancellation is requested prior to the renewal date.

​

All membership fees are non-refundable once the term has begun.

What’s Included

 

Your Basic Membership listing includes:

• Practitioner photo

• Brief professional biography

• Description of services or modalities offered

• Placement within relevant wellness categories

• Direct contact and/or booking link

 

Basic members may also be included in general referral responses when individuals inquire about services.

 

Clients contact practitioners directly.

All scheduling, fees, services, and communications are handled between the client and practitioner.

 

Purpose of Membership Fees

 

Membership contributions support:

• Website hosting, maintenance, and updates

• Directory management and organization

• Referral coordination

• Community awareness

 

Application Review Process

 

All applications are reviewed to ensure alignment with the mission, values, and professional standards of

Long Island Healing Arts & Learning Center.

• Applications are evaluated based on qualifications, experience, and professional alignment

• Additional documentation, credentials, or references may be requested

• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance

• Approved practitioners will be notified when their listing is accepted and ready to be published

 

Our goal is to maintain a trusted, curated network that serves both practitioners and the community with integrity.

Professional Standards & Ethics

 

Practitioners accepted into the network agree to:

​

• Operate with honesty, integrity, and professionalism

• Practice within their scope of training, certification, and/or licensing

• Accurately represent qualifications and services

• Maintain appropriate client confidentiality and professional boundaries

• Provide services in a safe, respectful, and non-discriminatory manner

• Comply with applicable laws and professional regulations

• Maintain professional liability insurance where applicable

 

Practitioners are responsible for keeping their listing information accurate and current.

Membership Terms

​​

• Minimum four-month commitment required

• Membership fees must be paid in full and are non-refundable

• Membership renews automatically unless canceled prior to renewal date

• Promotional pricing may change without notice

• Listing approval and continued participation are at the discretion of the organization

 

Removal or Suspension of Listing

 

Long Island Healing Arts & Learning Center reserves the right to suspend or remove a listing if:

• Information is inaccurate, misleading, or outdated

• Professional or ethical concerns arise

• Required credentials, licenses, or insurance are not maintained

• Membership fees are not maintained

• The practitioner no longer aligns with the mission or standards

• The practitioner requests removal

 

When possible, concerns may be communicated and an opportunity to address the issue provided.

formal endorsement by Long Island Healing Arts & Learning Center

Each practitioner operates as an independent professional and is solely responsible for:

• Services provided and scope of practice

• Professional qualifications and credentials

• Licensing or certification requirements (where applicable)

• Professional liability insurance

• Client care, scheduling, and financial transactions

• Client intake forms, informed consent, and liability waivers
