Why Attend:
If you have suffered the loss of a loved one, you are welcome to join us. This group offers emotional support where you can feel heard and understood, as well as practical coping tools to help you navigate the challenges of grief. It’s also a space for connection, an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with others who share similar experiences.
