Grief Support Circle
A safe space to share, listen & find comfort in community.
Led by Barbara A. McGuire, LCSW
Grief can feel overwhelming and isolating, but you don’t have to face it alone. Our grief support circle offers a compassionate, confidential space to share your experiences, listen to others, and find support.
Please Note:
To help ensure participants are ready to benefit from a group support setting, we kindly ask that individuals wait at least three months after the loss of a loved one before attending this circle.
For those who are within the first three months of loss, Barbara is available by phone to offer guidance and supportive presence during this tender time.
We Offer:
-
A safe, welcoming community to connect and share at your own pace,
-
without pressure or judgement
-
Support for navigating the life transitions that arise when we lose a loved one
-
Guided discussions, mindfulness exercises & practical tools for coping
-
Connection with others who understand your journey
-
Empowering conversations that help cultivate resilience, hope, and personal growth
-
Confidentiality and mutual respect
-
Why Attend:
If you have experienced the loss of a loved one, you are warmly invited to join us. This group provides emotional support where you can feel heard and understood, along with practical tools to help you navigate the challenges of grief. It is also a meaningful opportunity to build connections with others who share similar experiences.
Through these shared journeys, healing becomes possible
and hope can gently begin to take root.
Together, we can move toward healing and renewed strength.
