About the event
Your soul has experienced many incarnations, possibly over the course of centuries or millenia. It is almost impossible for the soul to avoid experiencing regret, which can accumulate and cause stress to the soul. There are times when the soul has to learn to forgive itself, forgive others and release the burden of that negative energy.
