Do you have fears or phobias about things that you cannot explain? Do you suffer from anxiety, panic attacks or have recurring nightmares or dreams? Perhaps there is a unique or odd pattern of behavior in your life that does not serve you or the people in your life. For example, not being able to wear jewelry or necklaces, perhaps a fear of a body of water, hoarding food or other items. It is very possible that these behaviors stem from past life experiences. Patterns from past lives can inhibit people from even having healthy relationships because they can be afraid of commitment, arguments, abandonment, or more due to events that happened before this lifetime.
