About Nicolle Marie 

 Nicolle Marie Navaretta is the founder of Guiding Light Yoga, Inc. and a Reiki Master and certified yoga instructor dedicated to creating safe, compassionate spaces for healing and personal growth. Inspired by her own experiences with trauma and grief, Nicolle is passionate about helping others reconnect with their inner strength, peace, and authentic selves.

She believes that each person carries a beautiful inner light, and that Reiki, yoga, meditation, and mindful movement can help uncover that light while supporting emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. Her gentle, heart-centered approach encourages clients to feel supported, empowered, and deeply cared for throughout their healing journey.

Nicolle offers private Reiki sessions from her healing space in Syosset, New York, as well as Reiki circles, yoga classes, and group healing experiences. She welcomes clients seeking relaxation, balance, stress relief, emotional healing, and a deeper connection with themselves.
