Your soul has experienced many incarnations, possibly over the course of centuries or millenia.  It is almost impossible for the soul to avoid experiencing regret, which can accumulate and cause stress to the soul. There are times when the soul has to learn to forgive itself, forgive others and release the burden of that negative energy. Negative energy in the soul, can manifest into the physical body to cause you pain and can also bring you on a loop to repeat patterns in various lifetimes at a low vibration. It is important to locate the source of the experience and release it so that you can move on at a higher vibration.

On this journey you will safely venture to past lifetimes and experiences to help you locate and release the negativity of grudges, regret, anger to reach a place of forgiveness. Join this amazing workshop for the most incredible journey you may ever take!

WHAT TO EXPECT:

The workshop is located on the second floor, so you must be able to walk up a staircase.

You will be provided with a yoga mat, bolster pillow and blanket (you are welcome to bring your own for your comfort and it is recommended if you have issues laying down).

Please note, the body tends to cool while in regression, so it is best to wear comfortable unrestrictive clothing in layers to stay warm or cool down.

You are welcome to bring water. However, please be sure that it has a cap that closes to avoid spills.
